Registration requests

The study invitation
After receiving the documents for the group, the university presents us with an invitation for you and it is valid for a period of 6 months, indicating on it your data and the specialization to be studied in order to submit it for the visa application
Ukrainian residence
Upon registration, the student obtains a Ukrainian residency that extends for the duration of his studies, which entitles him to stay, enter and leave Ukraine without the need for another visa
Medical Insurance
Medical insurance is a prerequisite in the visa application file, and any applicant must have insurance for at least one year
Register
Ukrainian universities receive applications for registration for the Bachelor's and Master's degrees twice during the year, the first ending on 11/01 and the second ending on 01/03 of each year, while registration for the preparatory year courses, training programs, and the doctorate degree is open throughout the year.
Prof Amir receives the student and explains all the information he needs in order to choose the major he wants
After determining the specialization, we extract the study invitation from the university, in addition to extracting the supporting visa from the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and we guide the student through the procedures for obtaining a visa
Then we receive the student upon his arrival at the airport in Ukraine and we accompany him to the university and finish all registration, residence, medical and housing procedures.
Our role does not stop here, but remains until the student’s graduation, with our full readiness to intervene to help the student in any problem that he may face
