How to register in Ukrainian universities

To get admission into any Ukrainian university, there are 3 main steps you need to take:

Study invitation letter
To obtain the Ukrainian study invitation from any university inside Ukraine, the following documents must be submitted:

A copy of a valid passport
Copy of high school diploma or equivalent
Copy of the bachelor’s degree (only required when applying for the master’s study)

You can pay the invitation and shipping fees by Western Union transfer, bank transfer or through our online payment system.

Study visa

Upon receiving the study invitation through prof-amiredu, you must apply to the Ukrainian embassy or Ukrainian consulate referred to in your invitation, and the application is made through the Vfs-global offices and not directly to the embassy, ​​and the application is attached with the following documents:

The original academic invitation
Original passport (valid for more than one year)
Original high school diploma
The original birth certificate
Medical certificate for being free from infectious diseases and immunodeficiency disease (HIV)
8 personal photos
Certificate of absence of judicial rulings
Travel insurance

Getting to Ukraine
